There are plenty of Medical and Cosmetic reasons why a person should get Dental Braces. One of those reasons is the Spacing between your teeth. The most common concern of patients with excessive tooth spacing is poor appearance.

Spacing:
The exact opposite of crowding, spacing means exactly what it sounds like, that there is too much space between your teeth. Spacing occurs in approximately 5% to 10% of the population and could be caused by thumb sucking or genetics, such as inheriting a large jaw and small teeth.

Spacing may affect all of your teeth, or just a portion of them. Sometimes teeth simply don’t grow in, or if the dental arch is very wide, leaving spaces between the teeth. The space between the teeth is usually too big and this can cause any number of problems including the ability to bite down
and chew food well.

Mesa Orthodontist Candy Fund Raiser For the Troops

Mesa Orthodontist Dr Tyler Robison announces their 8th Annual Halloween Candy Buy Back

School Fund Raiser and Troop Donations.This year we expect to beat our 2011 record 2,000 lbs of Halloween Candy we bought back from all the residents of Mesa and Gilbert Arizona.

Last year we bought back over 2,000 lbs of Halloween candy at $2.00 a lb and we matched that with $4,000.00 dollars in contributions to the Mesa School District, then we donated all the candy to packagesfromhome.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our U.S. service men and women overseas. Our Troops thought that was pretty sweet.

We’re pretty excited this year, everyone who supported our efforts last year has been waiting for this year’s event and they have all been spreading the word.  We even expanded our Halloween Candy Buy Back and will now start donating the Buy Back funds and donations to other non-profit organizations to be announced next week.

Bring Your Halloween Candy, We’re Buying

When: Thursday, November 1st 8:00am – 5:00pm

Bring Your Candy To Our Office And Earn $2.00 Per LB. For You & $2.00 Per LB for your School! All Candy Will Be Sent To Our Troops Overseas For A Special Treat!

How it works – after the trick or treating is finished, bring your candy to one of our locations:

(Child must be present to receive cash)

4LB. Limit Per Employee. 8LB. Limit Per A Family.

No unopened bags of “Hand Out” Candy (candy received by child from trick or treating only). You may donate unused bags of candy for the troops. Bulk Drop-Offs will be accepted at the 4LB. Limit.
